Job Description
The Role:
Responsible receiving the stock from Warehouse and deliver the orders to IR outlets, the delivery process should be as per the agreed SLA. Maintain clean vehicle & stock secured from any risk, along with collecting the Cash if advised.
The Profile:
Responsible receiving the stock from Warehouse and deliver the orders to IR outlets, the delivery process should be as per the agreed SLA. Maintain clean vehicle & stock secured from any risk, along with collecting the Cash if advised.
The Profile:
- Check stock upon loading it to the vehicle and make sure it is with the correct quantities as per the MO or the SO
- Check the relevant document printed from ERP and WMS and make sure it is matching the destination
- Should be well versed to use Laptop/Tablet/Scanners/Printers and perform the order processing efficiently
- Stock responsibility, Stock carried always packed and placed systematically in the vehicle and deliver stock in a safe efficient manner.
- Make sure the vehicle is secured at all times and locked and avoid reckless driving at all times
- Ensure the work given for the day is completed
- Ensure all PODs from customers are received as per the requirements (stamped, signed from the correct party)
- Proper filing of all PODs within 12 hours with POD section or Finance
- Receive cash and hand it over to finance without any shortage at the same day, provide and obtain the necessary receipts
- Maintain the company vehicle in a pristine condition and perform all the regular maintenance services on time and report traffic accidents to Fleet Manager at the same day.
- Ensure process all given orders & dispatch it on time
- Carry on with any assigned task from transportation supervisor in case there are no deliveries
- UAE driving license.
- Experience driving around all UAE Roads.
