We are seeking skilled Valve Maintenance Technicians with solid experience in the marine industry. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling the installation, maintenance, repair, and calibration of various types of marine valves used in shipboard systems, including hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical valves.
Key Responsibilities:
Inspect, dismantle, repair, overhaul, reassemble, and test marine valves including control, safety, check, and isolation valves.
Troubleshoot valve issues on vessels and during dry-dock maintenance.
Perform Hydrostatic and pneumatic pressure tests.
Perform maintenance and repair on pumps, engines, shafts, propellers, generators, and hydraulic systems when required.
Maintain accurate records of valve servicing and replacements.
Ensure compliance with marine safety standards and regulations.
Experience in Control valves, safety relief valves (SRV), pressure safety valves (PSV), pressure relief valves (PRV), check valves, isolation valves, butterfly valves, gate valves, ball valves, globe valves, needle valves, hydraulic valves, pneumatic valves, mechanical valves.
Perform complete valve repair, maintenance, and overhauling in accordance with manufacturer specifications and marine engineering standards.
