During your tenure as a Senior in Valuations, you will demonstrate and develop your capabilities in the following areas:
Lead the delivery of small PMO programmes or workstreams within a medium size PMO project
Provide insight and experience to clients and engagement leadership to anticipate and resolve issues in outcome delivery
Support in developing work plans for client engagements and lead the delivery of defined project objectives
Execute key projects alongside wider Deloitte and client teams and perform a variety of programme management roles, including planning, reporting, managing actions, risks and issues
Work with a range of stakeholders both internally within Deloitte and in client organisations
Support engagement management, including managing quality, risk and commercial aspects
Support business development by contributing to new business proposals and taking roles in industry and account teams
Demonstrate excellent presentation and communication skills

Qualifications:
Experience of programme and project management delivery
Experience in planning, risk management, benefits management, governance and reporting
Experience in Stakeholder management and influencing skills
Highly collaborative, teaming across client departments and functions
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Awareness of industry trends and insights are also valuable
Candidates should demonstrate the attributes required to operate independently but within a small experienced team, in a time-pressured environment, reporting to senior client members.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic for the purposes of clearly communicating to clients, stakeholders and teams.
Excellent grasp of Microsoft Office application mainly Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Ms. Project.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and (Arabic is preferred) for the purposes of clearly communicating to clients, stakeholders and teams.
Finance / Accounting certification e.g., CPA, CFA, ACCA and CMA or master\'s in business administration is preferred.
Project Management certification example PMP and Prince II is preferred.
