During your tenure as Transaction Services, Commercial Due Diligence TMT Senior Associate, your responsibilities will include:

• Using a range of commercial and financial skills to evaluate markets, assess market size, market growth and segmentation and the overall attractiveness within a specific geography.
• As part of the assessment, you will also assess the competitive landscape and assess potential synergies.
• In addition, you will also assess critical drivers of strategic differentiation such as product and service innovation, alliances, and ecosystem mapping as well as other growth drivers.
• You will be working alongside other due diligence practitioners to develop a comprehensive, view of companies and the industries in which they operate.
• Conduct primary and secondary research, expert interviews, focus groups and facilitate workshops for both client stakeholders and market participants.
• Support project manager/director in project management such as project delivery, client stakeholder relationships and document management.
• Contribute to the development of thought leadership on specific industry themes.
• The output of your analysis will culminate in a professional due diligence report that will be presented to senior executives and investors.
