Taaheed have partnered with the property arm of a leading Abu Dhabi based financial institution to assist with the identification and appointment of exceptional real estate talent.
With a property portfolio exceeding 16,000 units spread across the UAE, the business operates within the residential, commercial and mixed-use property arena's and is the property manager of choice amongst VVIP landlords.
Due to continued success and growth, their is now the need to appoint an experienced Valuation's Engineer to be based from the Abu Dhabi office.
Reporting to the Valuation Manager, the successful candidate will be degree educated in an engineering discipline and have at least four years experience of site inspections and project reporting.
You will be responsible for project monitoring, reviewing construction schedules and monitoring monthly program updates to identify progress, delays and cost overrun's.
You will also provide all required information to the property management team with regards to status of construction project's financed by the part company.
