Provide exceptional service to all guests and potential guests by assisting them in a friendly, efficient, courteous, and professional manner.
Provide valet parking services to safely and efficiently move guest automobiles to a designated parking location while following Company policies and procedures.
This function may include assisting with loading and unloading luggage, providing information regarding the hotel\xe2\x80\x99s facilities and events, and directions to local attractions.
Greet hotel guests according to the location standard.
Ensure that you are on time to your duty with clean uniform and well groomed.
Implement and follow car key control and log accordingly.
Treat guest\xe2\x80\x99s cars with respect, and always be cautious while driving.
Respect the driving rules within the property at all times.
Be familiar with different makes of car and their operation.
Be security conscious at all times, inform manager of anything suspicious.
Report any accidents immediately to the management.
