Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Valet Operations Manager to lead and oversee our valet services in the UAE. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional customer experiences, efficient operations, and a motivated valet team, upholding the highest standards of professionalism and safety.

Responsibilities:

- Manage daily valet operations ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Recruit, train, and supervise valet staff, promoting teamwork and high performance.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to meet service expectations and address any concerns promptly.
- Monitor vehicle safety and security, ensuring adherence to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Maintain inventory of valet equipment and coordinate maintenance as needed.
- Prepare operational reports and analyze key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in managing valet or parking operations, preferably in the UAE market.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to handle a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and local regulations related to vehicle handling and valet services.
- Ability to analyze operational data and implement improvements.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
