Job Description

The Valet Driver is responsible for providing exceptional customer service by safely and efficiently parking, securing, and retrieving guests' vehicles. The role requires professionalism, attention to detail, and strong interpersonal skills to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for all guests.

Responsibilities:

Greet guests promptly and courteously upon arrival. Assist guests with opening vehicle doors and unloading luggage if required. Safely park and retrieve guests' vehicles in a timely manner. Ensure proper handling and care of all vehicles, avoiding damage or loss. Maintain accurate records of vehicle keys and parking tickets. Provide directions or information to guests as needed. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the valet area and parking lot. Report any vehicle damage, accidents, or safety issues immediately to the supervisor. Follow all traffic laws, safety procedures, and company policies. Support other team members during peak hours or special events.

Qualifications and Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmission vehicles. Strong customer service and communication skills. Professional appearance and courteous behavior. Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Good physical stamina (may include standing, walking, and running short distances).
