We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced
Restaurant Manager
to oversee the operations of our restaurant in Ras Al Khaimah. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in restaurant or hospitality management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service.
Lead, train, and motivate staff to provide exceptional customer service.
Oversee food and beverage quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
Handle staff scheduling, performance management, and training programs.
Manage budgets, monitor expenses, and drive revenue growth.
Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Address customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and municipality regulations.
Requirements
Minimum
3-5 years of experience
in restaurant or hospitality management.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent knowledge of F&B operations and customer service standards.
Ability to manage teams in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in English required; Arabic or other languages are an advantage.
Strong financial acumen and reporting skills.
