motivated and professional Property Agent
to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
Source, list, and market premium residential and commercial properties.
Build and maintain relationships with property owners, investors, and tenants.
Conduct viewings, negotiations, and close transactions.
Advise clients on market conditions, prices, and legal requirements.
Represent the agency with professionalism and integrity at all times.
Requirements
Proven experience in Dubai real estate (sales or leasing) is an advantage
Strong knowledge of RERA regulations and Dubai property market trends is an advantage
Valid UAE Driving License and own car
Excellent communication and negotiation skills (English required, Arabic or Russian is an advantage).
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
RERA certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain).
