Driven Properties is a leading luxury real estate agency in Dubai. We are seeking a talented UX/UI Product Designer to join our team and help craft exceptional digital experiences for our discerning clientele. You will play a key role in creating high-conversion landing pages focused on real estate, working closely with the Marketing Team.


Role Overview


As a UX/UI Designer at Driven Properties, you will design intuitive and visually compelling experiences for our landing pages built on no-code platforms using Figma and Framer. You will translate business requirements and user needs into elegant, effective design solutions that reflect the sophistication of our brand. A core part of this role involves quickly launching high-performing landing pages for new property developments.


Key Responsibilities

Rapidly design and deploy landing pages for new property launches using Framer low-code tool. Create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma for high-conversion landing pages. Gather requirements from different stakeholders. Design intuitive user interfaces that appeal to high-net-worth clientele. Develop and maintain a cohesive design system, ensuring consistency across all digital assets. Demonstrate expert-level understanding of design heuristics. Collaborate closely with content writers and content creators to ensure accurate implementation of designs. Balance aesthetic excellence with SEO best practices. Conduct user research, usability testing, and A/B testing to inform design decisions. Stay up to date with UX/UI trends, particularly within the luxury and real estate sectors. Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders. Monitor and optimize conversion rates across marketing landing pages.

Requirements

Requirements

3-5 years of UX/UI design experience, ideally focused on conversion-driven landing pages. Strong portfolio demonstrating UX/UI design for premium digital products. Proficiency in Figma, Framer (or other low-code platforms), and Adobe Creative Suite for rapid landing page creation. Demonstrated ability to deliver high-performing designs under tight timelines. Experience managing design for live, content-rich websites. Professional understanding of CMS structure, responsive and adaptive design. Familiarity with design systems and component-based design. Experience with motion design and micro-interactions. Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams. Excellent communication skills. Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience designing for luxury brands or real estate platforms. Understanding of front-end development principles. Prior experience working in Dubai or the MENA region. Proven track record of improving conversion rates on property listing pages. Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (a plus). Knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager (a plus). Technical SEO knowledge (a plus).
