Job Description

Overview

Develop and enhance product features while exploring new design concepts.

Analyze user interactions to recommend UX improvements and optimize the overall experience.

Maintain and expand the product design system to ensure consistency across platforms.



Establish and improve workflows within the design team, creating clear guidelines.

Plan designers' workload over the medium term (up to six months).

Conduct design reviews to maintain high-quality solutions.

Mentor team members to support their professional growth and skill development.



Present and explain design solutions to stakeholders effectively.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product and development to deliver cohesive solutions.

Document and track design decisions and outcomes.

Support innovation by proposing new methods or tools to improve design processes.

Job Requirements

5+ years of experience in Product Design / UX/UI, including at least 2 years in a leadership or lead role.

Ability to organize tasks, analyze incoming information, and make data-driven design decisions.

Experience in managing and implementing design system architecture.

Proficient in user research and interface evaluation techniques.

Strong visual design skills with keen attention to detail.

Creativity and mastery of UI design principles.

Confidence in presenting and defending design decisions to stakeholders.
