B Dashboard Design: Create user-centered scalable dashboard designs that provide clear, actionable insights while maintaining aesthetic appeal. Data Visualisation: Translate complex datasets into easy-to-understand visualizations, including charts, graphs, and other data representations. User Research & Testing: Create personas, architectures, conduct user research, usability tests, and gather feedback to ensure the best user experience for our dashboards and other data tools. Collaboration: Work closely with data analysts, data engineers, and stakeholders to understand data requirements and business needs. Be an active member in design workshops. Prototyping & Wireframing: Build interactive wireframes and prototypes for dashboards and data tools to communicate design concepts effectively. Animations: Create smooth micro-interactions animations between screens to enhance user experience. UI Consistency: Responsible for creating and maintaining design systems to ensure consistency across all dashboards and data-driven interfaces. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and implement new ideas to enhance dashboard designs and improve user engagement.

Your

tasks

3+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a focus on creating user-friendly interfaces and data visualizations. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar for creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups. Strong portfolio showcasing design projects, including examples of dashboards, reports, and interactive prototypes. Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, including conducting user research, creating personas, and mapping user journeys. Excellent communication skills in English for collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting design concepts to stakeholders. Attention to detail and a strong problem-solving mindset, with the ability to iterate on designs based on user feedback. Nice to have: Degree in Graphic Design.
