Location: Dubai
Our client are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to join their team in Dubai. This is a key role for a customer-obsessed, logical thinker with a strong grasp of both design aesthetics and usability. You'll be the sole in-house designer, owning the full UI/UX function across web, mobile app, and internal systems.
Responsibilities:
Own the end-to-end design process from wireframes to high-fidelity UI for web, mobile, and backend interfaces
Collaborate daily with developers, product managers, marketing, and customer service to deliver functional, elegant, and high-converting designs
Design simple, trustworthy eCommerce experiences with a focus on conversion and user satisfaction
Create and maintain design systems that scale across multiple platforms
Advocate for UX best practices and push for continuous improvement through logic, research, and data-driven design
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, ideally in eCommerce or transactional websites
Strong portfolio showcasing clean, modern UI and UX thinking
Comfortable with design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or similar
Solid understanding of responsive design, usability principles, and accessibility
Familiarity with front-end possibilities (basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus)
Experience designing across web and mobile interfaces, including backend/internal tools
Clear communication skills and the ability to justify design choices with logic and customer insight
Experience designing for global audiences, with consideration for language, layout, and cultural nuance
