Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled
UX/UI Designer
with proven experience inTAMM platform design
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing user-centered digital experiences that align with government standards, business objectives, and end-user needs.You will collaborate closely with product owners, business analysts, and development teams to deliver intuitive, accessible, and visually compelling interfaces.
Responsibilities
Design end-to-end
UX/UI solutions
for web and mobile platforms, with a strong focus onTAMM government services
. Translate business and user requirements intowireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
. Ensure designs comply withTAMM design guidelines, usability standards, and accessibility requirements
. Conductuser research, usability testing
, and iterate designs based on feedback. Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs. Maintain and contribute todesign systems and UI libraries
. Present and defend design decisions to stakeholders. Ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints.Requirements
Proven experience as a
UX/UI Designer for minimum 5 years of experience
Hands-on experience with TAMM platform design is a must
. Strong understanding ofgovernment digital services design standards
. Proficiency in design tools such asFigma, Adobe XD, Sketch
, or similar. Solid experience inwireframing, prototyping, and interaction design
. Knowledge ofUX best practices, accessibility (WCAG), and responsive design
. Experience working closely withcross-functional teams
(Product, BA, Development). Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.Benefits
