Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, focus groups, and usability testing.
Translate research findings into actionable insights and user personas.
Analyze user journeys, pain points, and business processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
Business Analysis:
Gather and document business requirements through workshops, stakeholder interviews, and process mapping.
Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, and developers to ensure alignment between business goals and user needs.
Define functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
UX Design & Strategy:
Translate requirements and research insights into wireframes, workflows, and prototypes.
Support the design team in creating user-centered solutions that balance business objectives with user needs.
Ensure design consistency across platforms while maintaining flexibility for different user segments.
Collaboration & Delivery:
Work closely with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, design, and business units).
Present findings, prototypes, and recommendations to stakeholders.
Advocate for user-centered design within business and product discussions.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Business, Design, or a related field (Master's is a plus).
3-6 years of experience in UX research, business analysis, or a hybrid role.
Strong knowledge of UX research methodologies and tools (user interviews, A/B testing, surveys, analytics).
Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, etc.).
Experience documenting business requirements, user stories, and process flows.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to balance analytical thinking with creative problem-solving.
