. The candidate will be responsible for managing new connection applications, follow-ups, and discounted or existing connection processes, as well as overseeing all Kahramaa-related documentation and coordination tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle
Kahramaa applications
for new electricity and water connections.
Process and follow up on
discounted or existing connection
requests.
Coordinate with
Kahramaa departments
and relevant authorities to ensure timely approvals.
Prepare and submit all required
documents and forms
for connection applications.
Manage and update
records of Kahramaa accounts, bills, and payments.
Monitor and ensure compliance with
Kahramaa regulations and standards.
Support management in all
utility-related projects and correspondence.
Handle any
disconnection, reconnection, or meter-related issues.
Prepare
reports
on utility usage, costs, and connection status.
Requirements:
Minimum
3 years of experience
handling Kahramaa-related work in Qatar.
Strong knowledge of
Kahramaa connection procedures and documentation.
Valid
Qatar ID (QID)
and
NOC.
Qatar Driving License
required.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
