Job Description
We are hiring Utilities Maintenance Engineer with minimum 3-8 years\xe2\x80\x99 Experience in utility maintenance and projects .Preferred with 3-5 years of experience in FMCG/ Production/ Packaging Industry Work Location : Ras al khaimah JOB DESCRIPTION The Utilities Maintenance Engineer leads the way in the continuous improvement of all facilities under assigned scope. Delivers the necessary electrical, mechanical & civil projects - multiskilled expertise and support while ensuring smooth facilities operation and maintaining the physical assets & values of the organization under the direction of the Engineering Coordinator. This role exists to perform the tasks of managing all activities of the facility, including and related to preventive and break-down with problem solving ability and ensure adherence to operations schedules and optimize maximum output and quality at its extent.
- Effective knowledge & hand on experience with MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) Services
- Experience in making and updating AutoCAD drawings & necessities
- Knowledge of Build Maintenance Systems - BMS and IOT platforms
- Experience in working in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems
- Maintaining the electrical grids and other electrical systems in a factory
- Experience in Civil Projects and its end-to-end overseer
- Maintenance requirements of large, high-rise buildings & facilities (factory & accommodation)
- Installing and maintaining new equipment and systems
- Conducting in-depth analysis to identify areas of improvement
- Maintaining, improving and reporting KPIs in Utilities
- Operation and maintenance of Chillers, Air Conditioners, Air Handling Units, Cooling Towers, Screw Air Compressors, Green Energy (Solar Power) Systems
- Effective Manpower planning & supervision. Contractor and AMC management
