Job Description
Job Title: Ushers / Guest Assistants
Job Duration: 5-month contract (with possible extension as per company requirements)
Location: Dubai International Airport (Terminals 1, 2 & 3)
Shifts: 6:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. / 8:00 p.m. - 4:00 a.m.
Monthly Salary: AED 3000 (all inclusive & non-negotiable)
Note: Food, accommodation, and transportation are at your own cost (not provided by the company)
Priority will be given to Arab nationals
Job Purpose
As a Brand Representative, you will play a key role in enhancing customer experience at Dubai International Airport. You will assist passengers, promote the brand app, and encourage app installations and bookings through excellent service and communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist and guide customers at designated airport locations.
- Support customers in downloading and using the brand app.
- Promote brand awareness and increase user engagement.
- Communicate offers effectively to drive app installs and bookings.
