Communicate with users who reach out through the company website and online channels. Provide clear and accurate information about the company's products and available services. Present company services in a professional and user friendly manner. Offer ongoing support to existing users and assist them with inquiries. Handle and resolve user complaints in a timely and respectful way. Perform administrative tasks related to customer support and service management.





Job Requirements

Previous experience in sales or a call center environment is an advantage but not mandatory. Strong communication and presentation abilities. Basic to good computer skills. Goal oriented mindset with the ability to work toward targets. Willingness to learn, improve skills, and grow professionally.
