Job Description

Our client is currently looking for a talented and ambitious associate to join its award winning Finance team in their Dubai office due to increased deal flow.
You will work on a blend of leveraged finance, debt finance, project finance, private credit and PE financing deals. The team represents a majority of lender-side deals, but has a growing borrower/sponsor practice, for the infrastructure, energy and commodities sector.
Qualifications

  • Candidates admitted in Commonwealth jurisdictions (e.g. Singapore, Hong Kong, England & Wales, ANZ) or the U.S. are welcome to apply.
  • 3-4 years PQE with top tier international law firm experience and strong academic records essential.
  • Experience in:
  • general banking finance; and
  • broad exposure preferably consisting of a combination of some of the following:
  • leveraged finance;
  • project finance;
  • acquisition finance;
  • syndicated and bilateral financings (both secured and unsecured);
  • structured finance;
  • private credit.
