Our client is a premier US law firm expanding its team in Abu Dhabi. Our client is currently seeking a talented and motivated mid-level associate specialising in non-contentious construction and projects matters.

As a key member of the team, you will work closely with clients to provide expert legal counsel on a variety of complex construction and projects transactions.
Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on non-contentious construction and projects matters, including contract drafting, negotiation, and review.
- Provide legal support throughout the project lifecycle, addressing issues related to risk management, procurement, and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop and implement effective legal strategies for construction and projects transactions.
- Stay abreast of legal developments and industry trends in construction and projects law.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategy and decision-making.
- Attend meetings, negotiations, and court proceedings as required.
- 2-7 years PQE, with a focus on non-contentious construction and projects matters;
- UK or common law qualification;
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills with a keen attention to detail;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
