Key Requirements:
6-7 years of proven experience
in the telecom industry (mandatory)
In-depth knowledge of
postpaid and prepaid
telecom segments
Demonstrated experience managing teams of
15-20 sales agents
Ability to identify new market opportunities and drive business growth
Experience in sales planning, market segmentation, and strategy execution
Strong focus on implementing innovative ideas and optimizing sales processes
Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills
Willing to relocate within
one month or earlier
Valid passport required
Immediate joiners preferred
