POSITIONS:

PROJECT QUALITY SUPERVISOR BS degree in Mechanical Engineering with 10 years experience . Diploma in Mechanical with 15 years experience. With minimum of five (5) years inspection supervision/Manager experience. Knowledge of applicable US Codes, construction and maintenance procedures, and material testing procedures. Certified ISO 9001 -2015 Lead auditor, Saudi Aramco experience is must. Driving license is must

QA/QC STATIC INSPECTOR Diploma plus a minimum of eight (8) years of relevant inspection experience. Holds a valid international certifications in API 510 or API 653 or equivalent Shall have adequate knowledge of Nondestructive testing (NDT) such as MT, PT, UT & VT and RTF Good knowledge of applicable international standards such as ASME Sec I, V, VIII, IX and API 650. Working knowledge of quality system standards and methods Driving license is must. Saudi Aramco experience is must.

QA/QC COATING INSPECTOR Diploma plus a minimum of eight (8) years of relevant inspection experience. Holds CSWIP-BGAS 2 or NACE LEVEL 2 or equivalent Working knowledge/experience in all phases and types of critical coating applications and methods Shall be qualified per the requirements of SAEP-316. Driving license is must Saudi Aramco experience must.

QA/QC WELDING INSPECTOR Diploma plus a minimum of eight (8) years of relevant inspection experience. Holds a valid international certification as a welding inspector in AWS or CSWIP Working knowledge of quality system standards and methods Good knowledge of applicable international standards Driving license is must. Saudi Aramco experience must.

QA/QC CIVIL INSPECTOR Diploma plus a minimum of eight (8) years of relevant inspection experience Minimum one (1) year direct experience in the evaluation of Batch Plants and Civil Testing Laboratories capabilities and safety to meet the Company requirements which include review and control of full-scale plant trials (concrete/asphalt/precast) to determine the required engineering properties. Minimum one (1) year direct experience in the civil materials field/laboratory Knowledge/experience in refractory, fire proofing and structural steel (if job require) Good working knowledge of quality system standards and methods Saudi Aramco experience must.

QA/QC ELECTRICAL INSPECTOR Diploma plus a minimum of eight (8) years of relevant inspection experience Working knowledge/experience of National Electric Code/NFPA 70, IEC or equivalent standards Working knowledge of electrical installations including materials, methods, specifications, and hazardous location identification for oil and gas or petrochemical industries. Hold relevant certifications such as National Certification Program Construction Code Inspector (NCPCCI) or NFPA 70 Certified or equivalent. Saudi Aramco experience must.

QA/QC INSTRUMENTATION INSPECTOR Diploma plus a minimum of eight (8) years of relevant inspection experience Working knowledge/experience of standards such as ISA RP 12.6, ISA RP 12.2, ANSI MC96.1, IEEE 518, IEEE 1100. IEC 60529, NEMA ICS 6, NEMA 250, NFPA 70, IEC and UL 94. Working knowledge of instrumentation inspection such as loop checking, wiring continuity and color coding, start up, and troubleshooting as well as knowledge of materials, methods, specifications, and hazardous location identification for oil and gas or petrochemical industries. Working knowledge of quality system standards and methods Saudi Aramco experience must.

QA/QC HVAC INSPECTOR Diploma plus a minimum of eight (8) years of relevant inspection experience Working knowledge/experience in codes such as the Sheet Metal and Air Conditioning Contractors National ASSOCIATION (SMACNA) code, Uniform Mechanical Code, NFPA 90A, ASHRAE Handbooks and/or equivalent standards. Working knowledge of electrical installations including materials, methods, specifications, and hazardous location identification for oil and gas or petrochemical industries. Good working knowledge of quality system standards and methods Saudi Aramco experience must.

QA/QC PLUMBING INSPECTOR Diploma plus a minimum of eight (8) years of relevant inspection experience Good working knowledge of quality system standards and method Working knowledge/experience of codes such as the Uniform Plumbing ore equivalent standards Saudi Aramco experience must.

QA/QC COMMUNICATION INSPECTOR Diploma plus a minimum of eight (8) years of relevant inspection experience. Working knowledge/experience of Telecommunications in the field of OSP (Outside Plant) installation as well as PDS (Premise Distribution System) installation, and familiar with North American or International Telecommunications standards; Building Industry Consulting Services International- Telecommunications Distribution Methods Manual (BICSI-TDMM); National Electrical Codes; and National Electrical Safety Codes, ore their equivalents. Working knowledge of quality system standards and methods. Hold relevant certifications such as Communication Inspector BICSI or equivalent. Saudi ARAMCO experience and approved Inspector will be an added advantage.

API INSPECTORS B.E/Diploma in Mechanical with Valid any of API 570/510/653 with respect to plant inspection & shall have 5 to 7 years minimum years of experience including 5 years experience in Plant/Turnaround Inspection. Previous SABIC experience is preferred. Multidiscipline ASNT/PCN NDT level II with valid certificate

LINE-PIPE INSPECTOR Degree or Diploma in mechanical Engineering 4 years exp. with a Degree or 8 years exp. with Diploma CSWIP 3.1 or AWS CWI certified Welding inspector, ASNT level 2 in RT, PT, UT & MT. Field of experience in a Pipe Manufacturing Mill Like Jindal, Welspun, Man, Arcelor Mittal, JESCO, SSPC, Tenaris, Global Pipe etc. As a QC Inspector. Represent Saudi Aramco as QC inspector in Various pipe mills in Saudi Arabia. Must have driving License/GCC License preferred

PRESSURE VESSEL, VALVE INSPECTOR/ MECHANICAL VENDOR INSPECTOR Degree or Diploma in mechanical Engineering 4 years exp. with a Degree or 8 years exp. with Diploma CSWIP 3.1 or AWS CWI certified Welding inspector, ASNT level 2 in RT, PT, UT & MT. Field of experience in a Pressure Vessel, Heat Exchanger, Valves, Skids Manufacturing Shops Like MISA, GSW, ZAMIL, SAFAMI, HIDADA, INMA, Olayan Descon, SAUDI Valves, Industrial Valve Manufacturer, ABHASAIN etc. As a QC Inspector.
