Job description Required following categories for 3 Months period for Building Services & Asset Management - FIFA 2022. 1) MEP Supervisors - 02 Nos 2) Building Multiskilled Technicians - 04 Nos 3) Document Controller - 01 No 4) Store Keeper - 01 No Scope of Work:

• Prior to acceptance of any Technicians/Staffs, the Building Services Department will conduct as pre-qualification interview covering "Skills assessment & Practical Exam" relative to their trade.
• Technicians/Staffs should always display a highest level of integrity and honesty while deployed and working in the our Facility.
• Technicians/Staffs should have a positive attitude while delivering services to the our customers / visitors.
• Punctuality MUST be observed in reporting to duty and in cases of leave or absences; the Building Services manager/supervisor shall be informed in advanced accordingly by the concerned technicians/staff to anticipate the duty schedule.
• All contract technicians/staffs must report to duty 15 minutes earlier to the start of their respective shift timings as per the approved duty roster.
• Technicians/Staffs should perform well in their duties allocated to them and continuously communicate and provide feedback to their Supervisors.
• Technicians/Staffs should complete the given number of tasks by the Duty Supervisor up to the required standard.
• Technicians/Staffs should be extremely careful in handling machines, equipment to prevent any incident/accident and damages.
• All contract technicians/staffs MUST sign-in and sign-out the daily duty time sheet before and end of their shifts.
• All contract technicians/staffs MUST accomplish the "Daily duty time sheets' before the end of their shift duty.
• Break time period MUST be strictly observed based on the given timing and strictly limit the use of mobile phones for emergency cases only during their duty, a 2-way radio shall be provided as a sort of communication, as per requirements.
• The given uniforms need to be good, clean, well pressed daily for all the staffs. Safety shoes will also be provided.
• Technicians/Staffs must be in well dressed and have high grooming standards all male staffs MUST clean shave every day and should be well behaved at all time.
• As per the our Company Policy, in cases of misconduct or violations, the contract staff shall be reprimanded and in the event of repeated violations, the contract staff will be terminated and shall be replaces with qualified personnel in accordance with the respective trade.
• Any property, machine or equipment which are owned by us purposely damaged by the casual Technician/Staff, will be recouped or back charged by deducting from the salaries.
• Whereas the casual staff will be properly, investigated in accordance with the our Company HR and Security-HSSE Policy and Procedure, to determine the accountability of the offending Staff.
• As per our Company Policy, in cases of misconduct or violations, the contract staff shall be reprimanded and in the event of repeated violations, the contract staff will be terminated and shall be replaced with qualified personnel in accordance with the respective trade and pre-qualification process with no extra cost.
• Every employee of the contractor working at our Facility must have a valid Qatari ID and Health insurance card. If the staff is found to be unsuitable due to any medical condition, he will be returned without any charges.
• The selected technician/staff that has gone through technical pre-qualifications via assessment and interviews should not be replaced unless otherwise there is a valid medical reasons/annual leave.
• We have the right to request replacement of any staff provided by the Contractor at its own discretion at no extra charges with us, and such replacement request has to be fulfilled by the Contractor within two weeks.
