Job Title: Senior Finance - RNPL & Credit Risk
Salary: AED 15,000 + attractive commission structure
Role Overview
Our client is seeking a Senior Finance professional with strong expertise in loan approval, credit policy, and RNPL risk governance. This role is critical in ensuring disciplined credit decisions, Central Bank-compliant policies, strong cash flow visibility, and controlled portfolio risk, while maximizing sustainable returns. The role works closely with Sales, Admin, and Collections teams.
Key Responsibilities

  • Assess and approve credit applications under RNPL / monthly payment plans in line with defined risk frameworks.
  • Apply and enforce credit policies aligned with UAE Central Bank guidelines and best practices.
  • Approve, decline, or escalate applications based on structured financial and risk criteria.
  • Monitor and reconcile monthly RNPL inflows against expected collections; flag and analyze variances.
  • Oversee commission calculations and validations linked to RNPL transactions.
  • Partner with Collections on overdue accounts, delinquency trends, and recovery strategies.
  • Proactively identify default risks and design mitigation plans with Collections.
  • Draft, review, and maintain credit policies, approval guidelines, SOPs, and internal risk documentation.
  • Maintain robust financial records and dashboards to support Admin, Listings, and Sales KPIs.
  • Continuously monitor portfolio health, default ratios, and ROI to ensure long-term sustainability.
Experience & Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in loan approval, credit risk, or credit policy roles.
  • Strong exposure to consumer lending, BNPL/RNPL, leasing, or structured payment portfolios.
  • Solid understanding of UAE Central Bank credit policies, compliance standards, and risk governance.
  • Demonstrated experience in writing and implementing credit policies, SOPs, and approval frameworks.
  • Strong command of credit scoring, repayment behavior analysis, and portfolio risk controls.
