We are looking for a skilled and experienced Fabrication Supervisor to lead and manage our fabrication team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the fabrication department, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will play a critical role in coordinating with other departments, maintaining safety protocols, and optimizing production processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fabrication, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to fostering a productive and safe work environment. As a Fabrication Supervisor, you will also be responsible for training and mentoring team members, troubleshooting issues, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
