Manage all aspects of the club\'s food and beverage operations, including the kitchen, bar, and dining areas Develop and implement menus that align with the club\'s brand and meet the needs of its members Manage inventory and order supplies as needed Manage and supervise kitchen and bar staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management Ensure that all food and beverages are prepared to the highest quality standards Develop and manage the food and beverage budget, ensuring that expenses are within budgetary guidelines Ensure that all health and safety regulations are adhered to Provide excellent customer service to club members Plan and execute events and functions, including weddings, corporate events, and private parties Work collaboratively with other departments within the hotel management team
