POSITIONS:

PROCESS DESIGN ENGINEER

Experienced in Plant Process Design works in Refinery, Oil & Gas, Chemical and Petrochemical industry. Working knowledge in Pipenet, HYSYS, PIPESIM, SP PID is required. Experience in finalizing PFD, P&ID, Cause & Effect Diagrams, Line list, Tie-in List, Process studies (Surge, Hydraulic, NPSHA, Simulation, vessel sizing, line sizing & Line pressure drop), Operation & Maintenance manual and commissioning procedure. In depth Knowledge on process software is mandatory. Experience in HAZOP, QRA and PHASER report review and implementation in design deliverables. Vendor package review and preparation of Process data sheets for the process equipment. B.E. - Chemical Engineering & 8 - 10 Yrs. Exp.

PIPING DESIGN ENGINEER

Experienced in Piping Design works in Oil & Gas, Chemical and Petrochemical industry. Working knowledge in AutoCAD, CADWorx, CAESAR II, PDS & SP3D is added advantage. Experience in finalizing plot plan, piping plan, material specifications, static and rotating equipment data sheets, vendor package review, 3D model review, isometrics checking and stress analysis is mandatory.B.E. - Mechanical Engineering & 8-10 yrs. Exp.

STRESS ANALYSIS ENGINEER

Familiar with stress analysis software - CAESAR II and Oil & Gas industry piping systems. Experience in Underground piping system and FRP piping system is required. B.E. - Mechanical Engineering & 8-10 yrs. Exp.

ELECTRICAL DESIGN ENGINEER

Hands on experience in Electrical Design Works in Oil and Gas, Chemical and petro chemical industry. Working Knowledge in Auto CAD, ETAP- (Load Flow, Short circuit, relay coordination & motor acceleration study with training certificate issued by ETAP is an added advantage), illumination calculation by (Relux, Thorlux, Dialux ) software and E-SCADA is an added advantage. In depth knowledge in Cable sizing, Equipment sizing, Earthing & Lightning protection calculation is essential. Awareness on international Standards like IEC,IEEE is required. Smart Plant Electrical experience is mandatory. B.E. - Electrical & Electronics Engineering & 8-10 yrs. Exp.

CIVIL DESIGN ENGINEER

Experienced in Civil Design works in Refinery, Oil & Gas, Chemical and Petrochemical industry. Working knowledge in STADD Pro, Tekla structure and Foundation Mat 3D. PDS Frame works is added advantage. Experience in Pipe rack Design, Equipment foundation Design, valve pit Design, pipe support Design and industrial building Design is mandatory. B.E. - Civil Engineering & 8-10 yrs. Exp.

SPPID MODELER (PROCESS)

Experience in preparing Smart Plant Piping and Instrument Diagrams (SP P&ID's) based on marked up P&ID / sketch or drawing. Ability to report errors within Smart Plant drawings with good working knowledge in Smart Sketch, Microstation and AutoCAD. Diploma - Chemical Engineering & 2 - 6 Yrs. Exp.

SP3D MODELER (MECHANICAL)

Experience in developing 3D piping layout / equipment modeling using SP3D software for Oil & Gas Plants. Ability to report errors within Smart Plant drawings with good working knowledge in Smart Sketch, Microstation and AutoCAD. Diploma - Mechanical Engineering & 2 - 6 Yrs. Exp.

SPEL MODELER (ELECTRICAL)

Experience in developing 3D model for Electrical systems (Cable trays, Substation Layout, etc.) using SPEL software for Oil & Gas Plants. Ability to report errors within Smart Plant drawings with good working knowledge in Smart Sketch, Microstation and AutoCAD is preferable. Diploma - Electrical Engineering & 2 - 6 Yrs. Exp.

SPI MODELER (INSTRUMENTATION)

Experience in developing 3D model for Instrumentation systems (Instrumentation Cable tray, instrument location plans, installation details, PLC and DCS models) using SPI software. Ability to report errors within Smart Plant drawings with good working knowledge in Smart Sketch, Microstation and AutoCAD. Diploma - Instrumentation / Electronics Engineering & 2 - 6 Yrs. Exp.

SP3D MODELER (CIVIL)

Experience in developing 3D model for foundation, structures, buildings, etc. using SP3D software with good working knowledge in Smart Sketch, Microstation and AutoCAD. Diploma - Civil Engineering & 2 - 6 Yrs.

PROCESS DRAFTSMAN

Hands on experience in Preparation of process related deliverables like PFDs, P&ID's using Auto CAD for Oil & Gas, Chemical and Petrochemical industry. Diploma - Chemical Engineering & 2-5 Yrs. Exp.

PIPING DRAFTSMAN

Experience in preparing all basic Piping drawings for Oil & Gas, Chemical and Petrochemical industry. Diploma - Mechanical Engineering & 2-5 Yrs. Exp.

ELECTRICAL DRAFTSMAN

Hands on experience in developing all basic electrical drawings for Oil & Gas, Chemical and Petrochemical industry. Diploma - Electrical Engineering & 2-5 Yrs. Exp.

INSTRUMENTATION DRAFTSMAN

Hands on experience in developing all Instrumentation drawings for Oil & Gas, Chemical and Petrochemical industry. Diploma - Instrumentation / Electronics Engineering & 2-5 Yrs. Exp.

CIVIL DRAFTSMAN

Experience in developing all basic Civil drawings for Oil & Gas, Chemical and Petrochemical industry. Diploma - Civil Engineering & 2-5 Yrs. Exp.

TRAINEE DRAFTSMAN PROCESS

Good Experience in leading a team of Supervisor and foreman.Good experience in coordinating with Supervisors and Foreman in following up assigned jobs.

Foreman (Auto Mobile Service & Maintenance)

Full time 3 year Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Automobile Engineering Responsible for Light Vehicles (Car, Jeep, SUVs and Mini Buses) shop floor maintenance activities. Good Experience in coordingating with technician in following up assigned Jobs. Good experience in leading a team of technicians
