POSITIONS

QA/QC Electrical Inspector

Responsibilities:** 1. Conduct thorough inspections of electrical systems throughout all phases of construction to ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and industry standards. 2. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to address and resolve quality-related issues promptly. 3. Implement and enforce quality control procedures, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and project specifications. 4. Review and approve quality control documentation, including inspection reports, test results, and construction documentation. 5. Monitor and evaluate subcontractors and suppliers to ensure they meet quality and performance standards in electrical installations. 6. Conduct daily site inspections to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for corrective actions. 7. Prepare and submit detailed inspection and quality control reports to project management. 8. Participate in project meetings, offering insights and expertise on quality-related matters. 9. Stay current with industry trends, codes, and regulations to ensure best practices are incorporated into the construction process. 10. Supervise and guide a team of QA/QC electrical inspectors.

**Qualifications:** 1. Minimum of 12 years of experience in QA/QC inspection and supervision in electrical construction projects. 2. Strong knowledge of relevant electrical codes, standards, and construction practices. 3. Excellent leadership and communication skills. 4. Detail-oriented with a keen eye for quality and precision in electrical installations. 5. Proven ability to manage a team and work collaboratively with diverse project stakeholders. 6. Certification in Quality Control (e.g., ASQ-CQI) is a plus. 7. Proficient in relevant software tools and applications

**Responsibilities:** 1. Oversee and coordinate the activities of the QA/QC Civil, Electrical, and Mechanical Inspection teams throughout the construction project in OXAGON (DUBA). 2. Manage project schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones and adherence to project timelines. 3. Collaborate with the QA/QC teams, project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination. 4. Develop and implement project control processes to monitor and report on project progress, budget compliance, and quality standards. 5. Conduct regular project meetings to review status, address issues, and provide updates to key stakeholders. 6. Identify and mitigate project risks, proposing solutions to challenges that may impact the project's success. 7. Utilize project management tools and software to track project performance and make datadriven decisions. 8. Prepare and present comprehensive project control reports to senior management. 9. Supervise and mentor junior project control staff. 10. Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, codes, and regulations.

**Qualifications:** 1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture. 2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Construction Supervision and Project Control. 3. Strong leadership and team management skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Proven ability to develop and implement project control processes. 6. Familiarity with project management tools and software. 7. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 8. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse project teams. 9. Knowledge of QA/QC processes in civil, electrical, and mechanical construction. 10. Certification in Project Management (PMP or equivalent) is a plus.
