Head of Commissioning - Climate Change & Policies

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Climate Resilience & Sustainable Urban Development Specialist located in the United Arab Emirates. The Urban Planning Specialist will be responsible for advising on sustainable urban development, climate resilient cities, smart infrastructure, urban policies and and utilizing Geographic Information Systems (GIS) to analyze sustainability performance metrics.

Qualifications

Sustainability and Climate Resilience expertise Expertise in Land Use Planning, Urban Planning, and Planning Proficiency in utilizing Geographic Information Systems (GIS) Strong Writing skills for developing planning documents and reports Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams Experience in the Middle East region is a must Master's degree in Urban Planning, Geography, or related field, PhD is a plus * At least 10+ years of experience
