Job Description

We are looking for

Urban Planning / Urban designing Specialist

for our Client who can provide services required for urban planning design, town planning, TOD's, industrial planning, smart cities planning and design, subdivision planning, land use planning, master planning, feasibility studies, prioritizing of master plan, implementation strategies with knowledge of planning and regulations related to sustainable planning principles.

Education:

B.S in Architecture or Urban Planning

- Preferred M.S in Urban Design, Planning or Development relevant education

Requirements:

Minimum of 15 years of experience in

urban planning and Design

preferably in Middle East experience. Computer skills in project management tools are mandatory. Experience in large scale urban design, town planning, TOD's, Industrial planning, Smart city and subdivision planning with knowledge of planning laws and regulations and sustainable planning principles.
