Job Description
Job Summary The role will be responsible for working under the direction of a Senior Associate or Associate Level Urban Planner and in collaboration with other team members on master planning, urban development, and governance projects across all KEO markets. Responsibilities Paramount to success within this varied role will include;
- Assist in the preparation of conceptual, preliminary and detailed urban designs, site layouts and supporting materials (reports, maps, drawings) for master planning and urban development projects.
- Assist in the preparation of development control regulations, urban design guidelines, and other related planning and urban design standards for master planning and urban development projects.
- Assist in the preparation of urban designs that respond to existing regulatory requirements and guidelines for master planning and urban development projects.
- Coordinate with other disciplines involved in master planning and urban development projects.
- Assist in the preparation and presentation of plans and reports to clients and regulators.
- To be successful in this role we envision that you will bring a minimum of 5+ years career experience partnered with a Bachelor Degree in Urban Planning or equivalent with Master's degree preferred.
- Preferred candidates will have urban planning or design professional association or the eligibility to apply for membership, accompanied with post graduate career experience ranging from 4 to 10 years.
