Urban Design Specialist

Job Description
The candidate will report to the technical lead and will be supporting the technical lead in the delivery of the assigned project sections.
The candidate will be responsible for:
\xc2\xa7 Responsible for developing quality urban design strategies.
\xc2\xa7 Preparation of urban design schemes at block level
\xc2\xa7 Preparation of reports and presentation as required
\xc2\xa7 Preparation for and attendance at key client meetings.
\xc2\xa7 Support in stakeholder engagement
Requirements:
\xc2\xa7 Minimum 7 years of experience
\xc2\xa7 Masters in Urban design
\xc2\xa7 Experience is using CAD, GIS and other relevant software
\xc2\xa7 Excellent communication skills in English. Arabic is a plus
\xc2\xa7 Experience in urban and regional planning projects of similar sale
