JR Industries is looking for an experienced Upholstery Manager to oversee and manage our upholstery department operations. The ideal candidate will lead a team of upholsterers, ensure high-quality craftsmanship, manage production schedules and maintain quality standards for all upholstery work.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily upholstery operations, including loose furniture, panels and soft furnishing work. Plan and allocate work schedules, ensuring timely completion of projects. Inspect finished products to ensure they meet company quality standards. Manage material usage and inventory of upholstery supplies. Train, guide, and motivate the upholstery team to maintain productivity and workmanship. Coordinate with production, design, and project teams for smooth workflow. Ensure compliance with workplace safety and cleanliness standards. Report progress, issues and manpower requirements to management.

Requirements:

Proven experience (3+ years) in upholstery production or management, preferably in the UAE. Strong technical knowledge of fabrics, foams, frames, and upholstery tools. Ability to read drawings and design specifications. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Basic computer literacy for reporting and scheduling.

Benefits:

Salary: AED 5,000 - 6,000 per month (based on experience) Accommodation and transportation provided by the company. Annual leave and other benefits as per UAE Labour Law
