Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities : Taking briefs \xe2\x80\x93 Understanding and interpreting briefs set by the Project Director and Interior Design Manager which determine the project requirements and timescales of the design projects visual presentation requirements Developing concepts \xe2\x80\x93 Developing suitable visual presentation concepts, styles, layouts,color, fonts and formats to Project Director/Interior Design Managers, in line with the brief \xe2\x80\x93 computer softwares design tools ( REVIT, Unreal Engine and BIM) Preparing drafts \xe2\x80\x93 Developing rough drafts of work, via computer, and presenting to Project Director and interior Design Managers for feedback before finalising visual presentation of the project designs Using CAD/REVIT tools and software \xe2\x80\x93 Using a range of photography, graphic, illustration and multimedia software packages and tools to develop visual presentations of the projects. With demonstrating experience of using Unreal Engine to produce impressive visuals presentation works of Mix Used Buildings Project, Residential Projects and Commercial Projects to tight deadlines, while working to milestones set by Project Director and Interior Designer Manager. Presenting final outcomes \xe2\x80\x93 Refining finalised ideas, designs and concepts and presenting them to the Project Director and Interior Design Managers Amending designs \xe2\x80\x93 Gaining feedback from the Project Directors and Interior Design Manager and adjusting visual presentation designs to their needs Print media \xe2\x80\x93 Creating layouts and graphics for publications such as books, newspapers, magazines and catalogues Virtual Reality - to create images & animations for virtual representations of the construction projects to visualize,model and analyse ( show casing the interior finishes of the building design, clashes between Structural/Architectural and MEP Design Services ) the building structures to meet the expectations fully. Website design \xe2\x80\x93 Designing layouts, images, graphics and banners for use on websites Social media design \xe2\x80\x93 to create images, animations, gifs, profile pictures and cover images for social media Photo editing \xe2\x80\x93 Editing, cleaning and manipulating photographs for use on graphics Graphic Designer requires applicants to have gained around 10 years of experience in the graphic design field, alongside an exceptional portfolio. And had exposure to a live design project. Must have a work experienced of using BUILDING INFORMATION MODELLING and Unreal Engine softwares. EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: Architecture Degree Holder Fine Arts Graduate Art and design Graduate Visual Communication Graduate Illustrator and Animation Graduate 3D Design and Digital Media Graduate Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED5,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
