A well-known client of Domo Ventures in Dubai is looking for a Unit Manager - Maternity Ward. Calling all the
Midwives with Managerial experience to apply for the role.

Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in Midwifery; OR Diploma in Nursing & Midwifery AND Bachelor or Nursing; OR Bachelor or Nursing AND postgraduate or Masters Degree in Obstetrics and Gynecology or Maternal Nursing is a must-have. Master of Science in Midwifery or related Healthcare field is desirable.
Experience:
At least 3-5 years of senior nursing experience, preferably in a private hospital. 5-10 years of senior nursing experience is a plus.
License:
Hold a Valid DHA/DoH/ ?MoH license titled as Midwife ( For candidates working in UAE ) Home country license titled as Midwife (For candidates applying outside of UAE )
Responsibilities
Evaluating nurse and medical staff performance and managing daily treatment schedules. Enforcing health and safety regulations. Solving staffing issues and shortages. Evaluating and adjusting treatment plans based on patient condition and monitoring pregnant women. Undertaking antenatal care in hospitals. Ensuring the unit meets company guidelines. Completing admission and discharge forms. Delivering hands-on care and medication administration as needed. Communicating l issues with the director of nursing. Acting as a liaison between patients' families and healthcare staff. Managing hospital equipment inventory.
