Manage your team, monitoring and developing people in their activities/responsibilities;
Provide advice to the company’s Board of Directors whenever necessary on demands related to its unit or others;
Act to ensure that activities are carried out in accordance with the technical standards and procedures established by the company;
Monitor your unit’s performance indicators and act so that they are in accordance with the goals established, in all areas of the operation;
Control the routines of the commercial and administrative area and monitor the financial performance of the unit;
Ensure sales performance and team development through the standards and indicators defined by the matrix;
Identify opportunities in the regional market, plan and implement, together with the Market area, sales and expansion strategies;
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in administration or similar. Experience with people management; Experience with managing commercial teams and sales strategies. Intermediate knowledge of the Office package. Ability to manage indicators.
