Key Responsibilities:
Recruit, train, and manage a team of credit card sales executives & Tele callers
Drive daily sales through field activity, referrals, and telesales
Oversee team performance, documentation quality, and compliance
Handle all unit-level operations, including staffing and logistic
Work closely with our backend team and banking partners
Ideal Candidate Profile:
? 3-5 years of experience in credit card or retail banking sales
? Experience in managing or leading sales teams in the UAE
? Entrepreneurial drive with a self-starter attitude
? Strong understanding of credit card products and compliance norms
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
? Willingness to manage a fully independent unit
