Job Scope : -3P Invoicing ( manual invoicing) -Turkey Invoicing (manual invoicing) -Direct SUs Invoice -DHL Documents Tracking & Tracker Update -Average number of BLs per Month -Average number of Containers per Month -Update the DHL/Direct Imp Tracker - Daily -Direct Inbound shipment document check -Plan and arrange shipments from 3P against the Distributor agreed week norms -Update the Product Registration Tracker -Coordinate the Product Registration

Required Skills and Qualifications: - Bachelor's in Business Administration or Logistics/Supply Chain. - Good analytical skills, willingness to learn and strong aptitude for communication skills. - Excellent Microsoft Excell skills - Working knowledge of SAP -Previous Logistics experience is a plus! - Ability to work collaboratively within a cross-functional team - Applicants must be physically located in Qatar. - Fresh Grads up to 1 years of working experience in Logistics
