Job Description

U4YOU Graduate Program is a unique platform specially designed for bright, young and passionate fresh graduates like you who want to shape their career. This program provides accelerated career and learning opportunities to develop bright young talent and guide them into future leaders. The graduate will undergo a 24 month structured learning program which consist of multiple rotations. Key Responsibilities & Expectations:
  • Participating in an 24-month program, including rotational assignments
  • Actively engage and participate in training assignments
  • Shadow experienced employees to acquire knowledge
  • Demonstrate high work standards in assigned projects and real job responsibilities
  • Contribute to the organization by constantly providing a fresh perspective and solutions to existing business challenges and opportunities
  • Constantly seek feedback and work on areas of development through the course of the program
  • Demonstrate highest levels of work ethics and personal integrity
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree, preferably in Business or any relevant major.
  • 4th year undergraduates, and recent Graduates up to 1 year of experience
  • Good analytical skills, willingness to learn and strong aptitude for communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a cross-functional team
  • Ability to extract critical data and generate actionable insights
  • Strong business acumen
  • Valid UAE Passport & UAE Family Book
  • Language requirement \xe2\x80\x93 Proficiency in English & Arabic
  • Computer skills \xe2\x80\x93 Microsoft office
