Position Summary As the Uniform & Linen Supervisor, you are responsible to monitor staff uniform, In& Out procedure, promote desired work culture around core values & brand standards. Ensure Rooms & F&B linen flow is as per the requirement & maintain par levels for all linen as per the requirement & need. Essential Function In this role, the ideal candidate will supervise the effectiveness of operation and maintenance of standards in Uniform, Linen and Laundry Production (Outsource Laundry). You will be in-charge of supervision of all workers, maintaining a good work flow and appearance and good manners of workers, securing their cooperation; supervises cleanliness of Uniform, Linen and laundry Production area and equipment; rotates staffs to different jobs whenever he considers it appropriate. You will also participate in all Laundry Production meetings, presenting for open discussion and solution any operating problems of his Department which may involve or concern other operations of the hotel. You will prepare all necessary operating reports for submission to Assistant Laundry Manager and schedules department personnel in accordance with projected occupancy and business activity to insure utmost operating efficiency and consistent with good service and quality. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors. QUALIFICATION STANDARDS Education Bachelor degree required.
