We are a leading uniform company serving the hospitality industry, seeking a talented Uniform Designer to join our team. As a Uniform Designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing high-quality uniforms that meet the needs and expectations of our hospitality clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their requirements and preferences, and then use your creative skills to design uniforms that are functional, comfortable, and visually appealing. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their uniform needs and preferences
- Research and analyze industry trends to stay up-to-date with current styles and best practices
- Develop sketches and prototypes of new uniform designs, and refine them based on client feedback
- Create technical specifications and patterns for manufacturing
- Work with the production team to ensure that uniforms are manufactured to the highest quality standards
- Manage the uniform design process from conception to delivery
- Ensure that all uniforms are functional, comfortable, and meet relevant safety standards
- Work with the sales team to provide input on uniform pricing and sales strategy
- Attend industry events and tradeshows to stay informed about the latest trends and technologies in the uniform industry
- Proven experience as a Uniform Designer, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Knowledge of textile materials and manufacturing techniques
- Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and Sketch
- Strong sketching and visualization skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to translate complex ideas into clear, visually appealing designs
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor\'s degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field is preferred
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Bachelor\'s (Preferred)
