Key Responsibilities
Design and deliver engaging
UI/UX solutions
for websites, mobile applications, and digital platforms.
Conduct
user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing
to ensure designs meet user needs.
Create
wireframes, prototypes, and mockups
using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
Design and maintain
brand identity, marketing collaterals, and digital graphics
(social media posts, presentations, ads, etc.).
Collaborate closely with developers, marketing, and product teams to ensure seamless design implementation.
Stay updated with the latest
design trends, tools, and technologies
to continuously improve user experiences.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in
Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, Visual Communication, or related field
.
Minimum
2-4 years of experience
in UI/UX and graphic design.
Proficiency in
Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other design tools
.
Strong understanding of
user-centered design principles and responsive design
.
Excellent
visual design skills
with attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)
Experience in
motion graphics, video editing, or 3D design
.
Knowledge of
basic front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
is a plus.
Previous experience in
hospitality, F&B, or lifestyle brands
