Skills Needed:

UI/UX Design Proficiency

: Expertise in creating user interfaces and experiences using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar prototyping software. Strong understanding of user research, wireframing, user flows, and usability testing.

HTML and CSS Mastery

: Advanced knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3 for building responsive, accessible web pages. Experience with frameworks like Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS is a plus.

Web Page Design

: Ability to design and implement modern, mobile-first web layouts, ensuring cross-browser compatibility and performance optimization.

Graphic Design for Print and Digital

: Skilled in designing brochures, flyers, and other marketing materials using Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, or Photoshop. Knowledge of print production standards (e.g., CMYK, bleed, resolution).

Logo and Branding Design

: Proven track record in creating versatile logos, brand identities, and visual guidelines that align with business goals.

Creative Design Thinking

: Strong portfolio demonstrating innovative, original designs across digital and print media. Ability to conceptualize ideas from briefs and iterate based on feedback.

Additional Technical Skills

: Familiarity with JavaScript for basic interactivity, version control (e.g., Git), and design systems. Experience with animation tools like Adobe After Effects or CSS animations is beneficial.

Soft Skills

: Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities. Attention to detail, time management, and adaptability to fast-paced environments.
