Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End Design Process:
Own the UI/UX design process from initial concept and research to final hand-off to developers.
Domain Exploration & Ideation:
Proactively research and understand project domains, user needs, and business goals. Generate creative and effective design solutions and contribute innovative ideas that drive product vision.
Figma Mastery:
Utilize Figma's full capabilities (Auto Layout, Variants, Components, Prototyping, Design Systems) to create high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, and scalable design systems.
Professional & Responsive Screen Design:
Design visually appealing, intuitive, and highly responsive user interfaces for various devices (web, mobile, tablet), ensuring pixel-perfect execution from Figma.
User Research & Testing (Basic):
Conduct or contribute to user research (e.g., user flows, persona creation) and usability testing to validate designs and gather feedback for iteration.
Independent Work & Collaboration:
Work independently on design tasks, manage your workflow efficiently, and actively collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and successful implementation.
Design System Contribution:
Develop and maintain comprehensive design guidelines, style guides, and component libraries to ensure consistency across all products.
Communication:
Clearly articulate design decisions, concepts, and rationale to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Stay Updated:
Keep abreast of the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices to continually bring fresh perspectives and solutions.
