Position Overview

The UI/UX Designer will be responsible for designing intuitive, visually appealing, and user-centered digital experiences across mobile applications, web portals, and websites. The ideal candidate will translate business and user needs into engaging designs that align with the company's brand and usability standards. This role requires creativity, strong attention to detail, and hands-on experience with

Figma

as the primary design tool.

Key Responsibilities1. User Interface & Experience Design

Design and prototype

mobile applications

web portals

corporate websites

with a strong focus on usability and responsiveness. Develop

wireframes

mockups

, and

interactive prototypes

using Figma. Ensure all designs are consistent with brand identity and aligned with user experience best practices. Collaborate with product managers and developers to translate requirements into user flows and interfaces. Conduct design reviews and iterate based on user feedback and business requirements

2. Research & User-Centered Design Process

Conduct

user research

,

competitive analysis

, and

usability testing

to inform design decisions. Identify pain points and optimize user journeys for better conversion and engagement. Stay up to date with UI/UX trends, design systems, and usability principles.

3. Design System & Collaboration

Maintain and enhance the

company's design system

for consistency across all digital products. Work closely with front-end developers to ensure design accuracy and smooth handoff. Provide design documentation and component specifications when required

4. Creative & Media Support (Good to Have)

Contribute to visual design tasks such as banners, graphics, and promotional materials when needed. Support the marketing team with media and branding assets aligned with design guidelines.

Qualifications & Requirements

Native Arabic speaker

with strong English communication skills. Minimum

3 years of experience

in UI/UX design for mobile and web applications. Proficiency in

Figma

(required). Solid understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and responsive design. Experience designing

multi-platform applications

(mobile, web, portals). Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design work and problem-solving process. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects remotely.

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of basic front-end principles Knowledge of basic database principles Graphic design or animation experience. Familiarity with accessibility standards and best practices. Creative mindset with an eye for detail and innovation.
