Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented

UI/UX Designer

to craft exceptional user experiences across web and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in

user interface design

. You should be passionate about understanding user needs and translating them into intuitive and visually appealing designs.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders. Design and deliver wireframes, user journeys, prototypes, mockups, and final UI designs optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces. Create original graphic designs (e.g., images, sketches, icons) and visual assets. Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g., responsiveness, navigation, consistency). Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to improve designs. Ensure consistent design language across all platforms and maintain brand guidelines. Collaborate closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, UI/UX best practices, and emerging technologies. Advocate for the end-user throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in

Design

Computer Science

,

Human-Computer Interaction (HCI)

, or a related field. 2+ years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role. Strong portfolio of design projects showcasing UX research and UI development. Proficient in design and prototyping tools such as

Figma

Adobe XD

,

Sketch

,

Photoshop

, or

Illustrator

. Experience with responsive and adaptive design is a must. Familiarity with HTML/CSS (basic understanding) to collaborate effectively with development teams. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and creative thinking. Good communication skills and ability to present designs and ideas clearly.
Preferred:

Experience in motion design and micro-interactions is a plus. Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design principles. Exposure to working in Agile/Scrum teams. Experience with usability testing tools (e.g., Hotjar, Maze, UserTesting.com).
