At FNTIO, you will have the opportunity to play a key role in designing user-centered interfaces for cutting-edge cloud applications in Dubai, while gaining valuable international experience.
Tasks

• Design and implementation of intuitive user interfaces for highly scalable cloud-based web applications
• Creation of comprehensive design systems and style guides for consistent user experiences across platforms
• Conduct user research and usability testing to optimize digital solutions for diverse international markets
• Close collaboration with customers and development teams to create customized UI/UX strategies
• Development of wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups using modern design tools
• Mentoring team members and conducting workshops for design best practices and user-centered design principles
• Active participation in internal and external expert discussions on the integration of the latest design trends and UX methodologies

Requirements

• Completed degree in Design, Media Informatics, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or alternatively, professional training in UI/UX design
• User Experience Design is more than just a buzzword for you, and you understand what is important when creating scalable and accessible digital interfaces
• You have experience with modern design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite) and are proficient in design systems and prototyping
• You are enthusiastic about digital design topics and enjoy working in agile, multicultural teams
• Frontend technologies are not foreign concepts to you - you have experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and understanding of modern frameworks
• Ideally, you have already worked with responsive design, accessibility standards (WCAG), and cloud-based application interfaces
• Good English skills; German skills are an advantage but not required
• Willingness to live and work in Dubai and to participate in ongoing training programs in design and technology
