We are seeking an exceptionally skilled and

professional

for the role of

UI/UX Designer & Frontend Developer

. With at least 5 years of proven expertise in creating cutting-edge digital solutions, the ideal candidate will be a thought leader, capable of driving exceptional user experiences and contributing to innovative design and development projects.

Applications from candidates with less than 5 years of relevant experience will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

UI/UX Design:

Investigate and analyze user experience design requirements for our suite of digital assets. Develop and conceptualize a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy aligned with the brand's goals. Create high-quality design deliverables, including wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes. Design intuitive and aesthetically pleasing UI elements such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, widgets, and more. Collaborate with internal and external teams, including marketing and design teams, to craft tailored user experiences.

Frontend Development:

Implement responsive and interactive front-end solutions using advanced knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3. Utilize frameworks like jQuery and ensure compatibility with modern web development standards. Test and optimize UI elements, including CTAs, banners, page layouts, designs, flows, and landing pages, for maximum usability and performance.

Agile Development:

Actively participate in Agile development methodologies to ensure seamless collaboration and project delivery. Provide expert guidance on UX research methodologies and testing activities to predict and analyze user behavior effectively.

Emerging Trends and Best Practices:

Stay updated with the latest trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design and front-end development. Continuously deliver adaptive and creative solutions to complex UI/UX challenges.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience

in UI/UX design and front-end development (non-negotiable).

Portfolio showcasing high-quality design and development work

(mandatory). Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Design, or a related field. Proficiency in creating visually appealing and user-friendly designs, with an eye for detail. Advanced proficiency in

HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and modern libraries/frameworks

Strong experience with wireframing tools, design software, and prototyping tools. A solid understanding of UX research methodologies and user testing techniques. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
